LogicMelon’s looking for an outstanding Business Development Executive to join our talented team in the new London office. We’re offering a salary of upto £35,000, plus uncapped commission, and with excellent training we help you to be the best you can be.

Our recruitment software processes over 4.5 million candidate applications every month, and due to year on year growth of 40% we have ambitious plans for expansion. With an impressive list of clients (RAC, Bupa and Cath Kidston to name a few), it’s not hard to see why this is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to come on board.

What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll take a leading role in driving the success of our business forward
• Establishing a network of Recruitment Agency clients across your region
• Managing existing client’s needs, prospecting new clients, delivering individual proposals
• Pitching and closing deals with the sales management team
• Working collaboratively, sharing knowledge and expertise with the whole team

What we’re looking for:

• 1-2 years’ experience working successfully in a fast paced B2B sales environment
• An understanding of the UK recruitment sector is an advantage (though not essential!)
• Confident self-starter who can identify, target and develop new business opportunities
• Able to take initiative, effectively managing a varied workload and prioritising tasks
• Confident communicator with internal and external clients, and will be happy to represent LogicMelon at events throughout the year

You’ll earn an impressive salary, which is negotiable dependent upon experience. We operate an uncapped commission scheme, with renewal commission on the previous year’s sales, so there’s always added incentive for your hard work.
